Quarterly Paratransit Rider’s Forum

Overview

The WRTA hosts a quarterly Paratransit Rider’s Forum that is open to all paratransit riders and the public. The forum provides an opportunity for riders and members of the community to learn about ongoing paratransit service improvements and to ask questions, give feedback, and share concerns about WRTA’s paratransit service. This forum is replacing the past Transportation Planning Advisory Group (TPAG) as of the beginning of 2026.

This forum will take place on Thursday, September 10, 2026, from 1:00 to 2:30 PM. It will be held in a hybrid format, both in-person at WRTA Central Hub and online via Zoom. The agenda will include:

• Quick Follow-up on Items from May 21, 2026 Paratransit Rider Forum

• Presentation: ADA Paratransit Education Series
− Overview of WRTA Travel Training

• Updates from WRTA on:
− Completed Renovation of WRTA Central Hub Lobby
− Demand Response Software Procurement

• Public participation session regarding paratransit service

The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, with options to participate in-person at the WRTA Central Hub, 3rd Floor Advisory Board Conference Room (60 Foster Street, Worcester, MA 01608) or virtually via Zoom.
