Via-WRTA is an on-demand transportation service that allows you to go where you want to go, when you want to go, within the Shrewsbury and Westborough service zone. When you’re ready to go, book a ride from your phone through the Via mobile app (available in the App Store or Google Play store), or by calling Via Customer Service (508-399-6620), and you’ll be picked up in a Via-WRTA vehicle.
If you require a wheelchair accessible vehicle (WAV), need other mobility assistance, or have trouble walking short distances, please indicate all needs within your Via-WRTA profile on the mobile app. If you book rides over the phone with Via Customer Service, please tell the customer service agent about your ride support needs when booking a ride.
Via-WRTA Service Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Price: $2.00 per ride.
