The WRTA maintains over 1,100 bus stops throughout Worcester and the surrounding communities. If you would like to report an issue with one of our shelters or bus stops, please fill out the form below.

Incident or Inquiry Description
Please provide as much information below as available, particularly if this is in regards to a Complaint, Compliment, Request, or Suggestion. The Date/Time of Incident is essential for following up with driver or service-related issues and complaints. Route number and vehicle number are also particularly helpful for follow-up.

You must leave your contact information (at minimum your phone or e-mail address) in order for us to respond to your question or complaint. If you have provided a valid e-mail, an automated e-mail will be sent to the address you provided to notify you of your case. The WRTA always keeps your contact information strictly confidential, it will never be shared nor disclosed to a 3rd Party. Please note that if you would prefer to remain anonymous, we will not be able to follow-up with your suggestion or inquiry.

When sending an email please note that The WRTA has updated the security settings for its email servers, and will begin blocking incoming mail that does not use the SPF and DMARC protocols. If you suddenly start receiving “message undeliverable” bounce backs when contacting us, please refer those messages to your IT team.
