If you lose an item on the bus please contact 508-791-9782 select option 5 and leave a detailed message on your lost item and along with your name and contact information. If the item has been located you will be contacted with the information to pick up your item at the Customer Service Center at 60 Foster Street, Worcester, MA. Hours of Operation are at the Customer Service Center are Monday – Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Saturday 9:00 A.M. – 5:30 P.M.
