Effective January 1, 2020 ADA Paratransit riders in Worcester, Auburn, Boylston, Leicester, Northborough, Oxford, Westborough and West Boylston will have the option to schedule trips through our new Online Reservation System. Call customer service at 508-791-9872 or email Paratransit@therta.com to begin scheduling your trips online. Please note all riders can still call customer service to schedule trips.
Currently all rides are fare free through June 30, 2024. The Paratransit fare collection system was implemented January 1, 2019. The former fare collection system transitioned from a cash and ticket system to a prepaid automated system. All ADA paratransit riders, Auburn, Boylston, Leicester, Northborough, Oxford, Westborough and West Boylston use the system.
