Worcester, MA – Worcester Regional Transit Authority (WRTA) is seeking to engage riders at an upcoming Rider’s Forum scheduled for Wednesday, July 10, 2024. WRTA along with and Central Mass. Transit Management (CMTM) and Central Mass. Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) will be at the Union Station Hub, 60 Foster Street, Worcester from 11:00am to 2:00 pm. This forum is an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow riders and community members, share your experiences, and learn about the latest WRTA initiatives.
The Rider’s Forum is designed to facilitate productive and open dialogue between WRTA, CMTM, CMRPC and the community. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, provide feedback, and voice any concerns about the fixed-route and paratransit systems serving our 37 communities.
We invite all bus riders, to join us at the Rider’s Forum. Your input is essential in shaping the future of public transportation in the Greater Worcester Region. Together, we can make our services more efficient, accessible, and rider-friendly.
