Issues with Bus Tracker on Mobile Devices

Impact to Via-WRTA service due to vehicle recall

Via has recently learned of an immediate vehicle recall to its fleet of wheelchair-accessible vehicles (WAVs). Due to the recall, Via will have two WAVs in service today, and there may be long wait times and inconsistencies for passengers. Via has notified riders through its app of the potential disruption to service. We appreciate your understanding during this process. Reduced Trips on Fridays

Due to driver shortages, the WRTA has decided to temporarily suspend or reduce service provided on Fridays only, as follows:

Service on Routes 14, 19, 26, 27, and 30 will be reduced.
These schedule changes will not affect paratransit services.
