The Worcester Regional Transit Authority (WRTA) is currently seeking public comment and input regarding its Title VI Program submission for 2024. A draft version of the Program update and information regarding the WRTA Title VI Program is available here: https://therta.com/about-us/title-vi/.
The WRTA Title VI Program has been prepared to ensure that the level and quality of WRTA’s fixed route and demand response services are provided in a nondiscriminatory manner and that the opportunity for full and fair participation is offered to WRTA riders and other community members.
You are invited to participate in a Public Meeting on Monday, April 8th at 2:00 PM, virtually conducted using the Zoom platform to provide comment and feedback on the draft Program. Public comments will be accepted at this meeting, and through email at admin@therta.com, and the WRTA Customer Service Feedback Form (https://therta.com/customer-service/cs-feedback-form) until Friday, April 12, 2024.
