Schedule a Community Event

The Event Request Form is designed to streamline event planning and participation with WRTA’s Marketing and Travel Training Department. It consolidates all necessary logistics and organizer details, enabling WRTA to efficiently manage requests and align resources. This form allows community partners to specify their needs, facilitating effective collaboration. While completing the form takes 5-15 minutes, submission does not guarantee WRTA’s participation, as requests are evaluated based on alignment with WRTA’s goals and resource availability.
