Service is primarily curb-to-curb, with door-to-door assistance available upon request when safety permits. Riders enjoy flexible scheduling with a 20-minute pickup window and a convenient automated reminder call the night before each trip. PCAs ride free, companions are welcome at the regular fare, and service animals are always accommodated.
