We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team in supporting transportation services for elderly and disabled riders, as well as fixed-route operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming telephone calls and assist customers with service-related inquiries.
- Schedule and cancel transportation requests using specialized scheduling software.
- Perform data entry and register new riders in our computerized system.
- Communicate effectively with Dispatch and external vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide in-person support at the Customer Service window as needed, including:
- Answering questions and offering transit information
- Assisting disabled riders
- Providing route schedules
- Processing fare payments (if reinstated)
Compensation & Schedule:
- Hourly Rate: $18.00
- Available Shifts:
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
