Call taker/Customer Service Rep.

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team in supporting transportation services for elderly and disabled riders, as well as fixed-route operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and assist customers with service-related inquiries.
  • Schedule and cancel transportation requests using specialized scheduling software.
  • Perform data entry and register new riders in our computerized system.
  • Communicate effectively with Dispatch and external vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide in-person support at the Customer Service window as needed, including:
    • Answering questions and offering transit information
    • Assisting disabled riders
    • Providing route schedules
    • Processing fare payments (if reinstated)

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Hourly Rate: $18.00
  • Available Shifts:
    • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
    • Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
