Automated callbacks for paratransit passengers through PBSTM, and the Online Reservation System are currently down. WRTA and PBSTM is aware of the issue and are actively working with our IT and Phone partners to resolve as quicky as possible.
Paratransit passengers should NOT schedule their trips through the Online Reservation System, and instead call PBSTM directly at 508-791-9782.
For passengers who have trips scheduled on Tuesday, June 11 – please call PBSTM for trip information, if you did not receive a callback.
