Route 7

Via has recently learned of an immediate vehicle recall to its fleet of wheelchair-accessible vehicles (WAVs). Due to the recall, Via will have two WAVs in service today, and there may be long wait times and inconsistencies for passengers. Via has notified riders through its app of the potential disruption to service. We appreciate your understanding during this process. Some inbound stops in the area of Worcester City Hall have changed. Front Street & City Hall and Main Street & City Hall will serve as the last inbound stops for Routes 6, 7, 19, 27 & 33 before WRTA Central Hub. Pleasant St. & Main St. will be the last inbound stop for Routes 2, 3 & 31 before WRTA Central Hub.
