Worcester Regional Transit Authority Open Meeting Notice for the Public. The WRTA Advisory Board Personnel Committee will meet on Thursday, June 1, 2023, at 12:00 pm via conference call due to the Governor’s State of Emergency provisions for public meetings. This Personnel Committee meeting will move to Executive Session and close with no public business.
Agenda: Enter into executive session pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30A, Section 21(a)(2) to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel; the Personnel Committee will meet in open session for the purpose of going into Executive Session to discuss and negotiate a contract extension for the Administrator. The Personnel Committee will return to Open Session for the sole purpose to adjourn and without any public announcements.
