Worcester Regional Transit Authority Open Meeting Notice for the Public.

In accordance with G.L. c. 39 §§ 23A-23C and 24, the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law, the Worcester Regional Transit Authority has scheduled a Executive Session meeting of the Personnel Committee for Friday, March 7, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. to be held at WRTA Hub 60 Foster Street Worcester MA 01608.
AGENDA: Enter into executive session pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30A, Section 21(a)(2) to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel; the Personnel Committee will meet in open session for the purpose of going into Executive Session to discuss and negotiate the contract of Joshua Rickman WRTA Administrator. Prepare a recommendation for the WRTA Advisory Board. The Personnel Committee will return to Open Session for the sole purpose to adjourn and without any public announcements. There will be no public participation at this Executive Session meeting.
