Paratransit Brokerage Service and Transit Management is in need of a compassionate Call Taker/ Scheduler. This individual will handle inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, to assist with service related needs, booking trips and answering questions regarding our fixed-route bus system. The open shift is 8AM – 4:30PM with Thursdays and Fridays off. Pay is approximately $18.00 an hour. Other duties may include:
Registering, booking and canceling trip requests via scheduling software.
Preparing daily schedules for elderly and disabled riders.
Preparing daily reports for all trips.
Communicating with drivers, dispatch and other vendors.
