Central Mass Transit Management, Inc. is looking for a passionate entry level mechanic eager to join our hard working team. We are a union shop that runs 365 days per year 24 hours per day. The open shift is 11PM – 7 AM with Wednesday and Thursday nights off. Pay is approximately $28 per hour with wage increases up to $35 per hour within two years.
Job duties may include:
Preventative maintenance of vehicles including buses.
Installation, maintenance and repair of engines on hoists, including tune-ups.
Replacing turbo chargers, transmissions, oil pump housings, and timing gears
Performing engine/transmission modifications.
